Q – I ordered during a presale, when do I get my items?
A – The presale will always include an end date, and should have information that includes when items will be shipping after the presale ends. Typically, presale items ship within two weeks of the presale ending, but in some cases it could be longer due to manufacturing times.
Q – How much of my order cost goes to the designated charity?
A – This varies from item to item based on the charities nominated cost to consumer and the supplies and manufacturing cost but typically, it’s at least 50 percent of the items total cost as a minimum.
Q – How do the funds get donated?
A – We maintain a relationship with all of our charity groups and donate funds on a weekly basis. Any sales from the current week are donated directly to the nominated charity by weeks end.
Q – I’m a small charity group and would love to work with you, is that possible?
A – Of course! We would love to hear from you! Check out our contact us section for more details.
Q – Do you only work with charities?
A – Currently we work with charity groups and small artists. If you think we may be able to assist you though, please contact us!
Q – What if I want to add something after I have ordered?
A – Only if your item has not yet shipped can I add to your order. Please note, I cannot change any current orders, but it may be possible to add to an already existing order depending on what you want to add.

Q – There’s a problem with my order, what do I do?
A – We take pride in our work, and want our clients to be happy with what they have ordered, if you have an issue, contact us and we’ll do whatever we can to help! As we are a very small business, it does take us some time to reply, but we always endeavour to return messages within 24 hours!
Q – Can I post a photo of my order on social media? Can I tag you?
A – Yes please! We would love for you to tag us @theembroideredemu on Instagram 🙂 Word of mouth is how we get the word out about our products. We want people to buy from us because other people use and love our products!
