Inner West Guinea Pigs is a volunteer-run guinea pig rescue located in Bexley North, Sydney.

Since October 2020 we have been rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming guinea pigs in need from all over the greater Sydney region. Guinea pigs are often forgotten even by the majority of rescue groups, and are often neglected or abandoned. Inner West Guinea Pigs’ mission is to raise awareness about proper guinea pig care, and to help every guinea pig that comes into our care find an amazing forever home.

The majority of our guinea pigs live with our foster carers, volunteers from the community that have taken on a bonded pair of guinea pigs to spoil and care for while we wait for their forever homes. We rely on our foster carers to be able to continue to help guinea pigs in need, and we are always looking for more foster carers!
